Meet Our Team

Our team consists of individuals who, with passion and dedication,
ensure exceptional experiences for our guests:

Artur Kinasz
Artur Kinasz
Entrepreneur and restaurateur. An activist in the Polish slow food movement, co-founder of the Culinary Academy in Kraków, and a scholar of the Lanckońscy Foundation and IVF. His love and passion for gastronomy stem from his family home, where he observed his grandmother Hanka, a professional cook at a local milk bar. In Zakopane, he is on a mission to offer good, honest, and high-quality cuisine, aiming to deliver excellence on a plate right in the heart of Zakopane—on Krupówki Street. P.S. At the lodge, you can enjoy Grandmother Hanka's tomato soup. It’s a tribute to the finest flavours of homemade cooking.

Head chef. A native Highlander from Kościelisko. A cook by passion and vocation from the very start. A specialist in regional cuisine. He has served Highland sour soup across various parts of Poland, but it tastes best here at the foot of Giewont. Many visitors to the lodge are captivated by the unique taste and balance of the dishes. He is the creator and mastermind behind these flavours.
